Dominique Vernhes lent his breath, multiplied in the saxophone and in the flute, in the orchestra Paris Barcelona Swing Connection, Saxomania, Anachronic Jazz Band, as well as in the Orchestra of Claude Bolling and Gérard Badini.
For a long time, he had several vocations (music, painting, literature, comic strip). He was a ball’s musician, a physics teacher, a farmer, a hiker on the road of Compostelle.
From respectable saps of Jazz, inspired improvisations which, from the respectable saps distil elixirs of a swingante, an attractive modernity. Traditionnal people or people who are looking for something new can related without judgement to this original, even surprising, sextet sound.
