The album explores harmonic progressions, transgresses rhythmic solutions, mixes melodic references and finally inventes a band brass directory where Jazz, Ethic and contemporary music coexist.

An experience of contemporary, ludic and popular jazz.

This music is completely strange of any mechanical process. It is far away to be an revisionist imitation or a revivalist temptation of the rich Jazz’s history. It’s moving foward with a special sense of actuality and conviction.

« Circus » presents a music that is sometimes really constructed, in other times really random, music that holds in every measures, accords and intervals, the tragic North humor and the warmly south smile. A childhood nostalgic feeling and a irrepressible curiosity for the futur. OFF7 made a circus sound and you are now invited to listen to this sort of « unlimited experimental music laboratory ».
